Arsenal have a deal in place for FC Cologne star Lukas Podolski. BILD says Germany international Podolski will arrive at Emirates in the summer.
Arsenal looked to be facing competition from Schalke for Podolski's signature, who were said to be willing to offer a wage of 6m per year, but now it appears they have lost out to the north London side.
