Arsenal chief scout Steve Rowley was present on Sunday for VVV Venlo's visit to Feyenoord.
Prime in Rowley's sights was Venlo striker Ahmed Musa, while Feyenoord's on-loan Manchester City striker John Guidetti is also on their radar.
Feyenoord defender Stefen De Vrij is also a long-term target for Rowley.
