Arsenal and Chelsea are watching Anderlecht youngster Jordan Lukaku.
Left-back Lukaku is the kid brother of Chelsea striker Romelu Lukaku.
Both Chelsea and Arsenal had scouts in the stands for Anderlecht's opening game in the Coppa Viareggio junior tournament this week to see Lukaku in action.
