Arsenal are weighing up a bid for PSV Eindhoven midfielder Kevin Strootman.

The Dutch ace, who is also interesting Manchester United, has declared he is considering his options this summer.

The Mirror says Gunners boss Arsene Wenger has Strootman under consideration with fitness doubts persisting over Abou Diaby.

Wenger wants a new midfield signing and is considering Strootman and Lyon's Maxime Gonalons as candidates.
