Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is chasing Bayer Leverkusen midfielder Lars Bender.
The Sunday Mirror says Bender, 24 next month, is another German international Wenger wants. He has been in outstanding form this season with Leverkusen. Chief scout Steve Rowley and his team have been scouring the German league in recent months.
