Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger says Jack Wilshere must be handle the pressure of being England's golden boy.
Wenger has likened the publicity around Wilshere to that of David Beckham in the past.
"Jack has gone through 17 months of pain and he knows that when we make him a decision, it's not linked with leaving him out, it's linked with being cautious with him.
"The problem for England is to produce a number of players like Jack.
"You can share the pressure. But one always takes the pressure.
"It was like that with David Beckham.
"Even if you have a number of good players, one will be the figure and have to absorb the pressure."
