Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger may demand Barcelona's best youngsters be included in any offer for Cesc Fabregas.
The Sun says if Wenger is unable to persuade the 23-year-old to stay, Arsenal will want close to £50m for their skipper.
Barca have already had a £29m bid rejected.
Alternatively, Wenger may demand the choice of young Barca stars Jonathan Dos Santos, Thiago Alcantara or Andreu Fontas in part exchange.
