Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is urging Theo Walcott to shake-off injury concerns ahead of their Champions League clash with Villarreal.
"He looks a little worried, but I can understand it because he had a strange injury with a lot of blood in his knee," said Wenger. "He got kicked there again on Saturday and he still has a feeling of discomfort, but the scans have been reassuring. When a player has a bit of bone bruising, it normally lasts for a few weeks.
"When the guys are quick like Walcott I always worry. He is like a car when it starts - you can stop it before it gets to full pace. He has a direct game, which makes it a bit more interesting because he can push defenders back."
