Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has praised Aston Villa manager Tim Sherwood for the impact he has made since arriving at Villa Park.
Villa were struggling in the relegation zone when Tim Sherwood took over and the 46-year old has since then led the club back to safety in Premier League as well as the FA Cup final against the Gunners at Wembley on Saturday.
"He has done extremely well," Wenger told the club's official website. "He has lifted their confidence and got them to go forward a lot. They are positive so overall I believe he has done a very good job.
"If you analyse their individual quality, they are a strong team. They had a great semi-final and of course they have a quality, Premier League team who have a lot of strengths in our side. They are a strong opponent."
