Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger is keen on PSV Eindhoven fullback Jetro Willems.
The 18 year-old Holland international became the youngest player to feature in the Euros during the summer.
Voetbal International says Wenger is considering a January bid for Willems as he prepares to offload Andre Santos.
Manchester United and Swansea City are also being linked with Willems.
