Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger could be the big spender of the January market.
The Daily Mail says Borussia Dortmund star Mario Goetze is Arsene Wenger's top transfer target as he looks to fill the creative void left by the summer departures of Cesc Fabregas and Samir Nasri.
Wenger has £50m to spend on boosting his squad and is willing to use a hefty portion to lure Goetze.
