Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has dropped a big hint of a bid for Real Madrid striker Karim Benzema. Benzema and Gunners ace Olivier Giroud have started just one game together for France.
But both scored in a 6-0 friendly win over Australia on Friday - with Giroud starting and then being replaced by Benzema.
Wenger said: "Giroud and Benzema can play together. But up until now, their partnership has not worked so they must find another way.
"It's always hard. But you must have guys who are giving good assists as well as guys who score."
