Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger doesn't see a deal for Barcelona midfielder Cesc Fabregas as a priority.
The Telegraph says Arsenal will not prioritise the signing this summer of Cesc above recruiting a new striker and holding midfielder.
But they will seriously consider activating their buy-back clause should a Premier League rival bid for their former captain.
As part of the deal that took Fabregas to Barcelona in 2011, Arsenal negotiated first refusal at a fee of around £25million should other clubs make an offer.
