Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has axed Jens Lehmann for their Carling Cup semi against Tottenham.
The decision comes after Wenger described Lehmann's performance in the FA Cup victory over Burnley as "faultless".
Lehmann's replacement will be Lukasz Fabianski, who has been taking tips from Manuel Almunia. The Spaniard saved a Robbie Keane penalty when the clubs met in the League last month.
"I know that this is a London derby and I spoke to Manuel Almunia and he told me that if you save a penalty against Tottenham, then you are the biggest man in the world," said Fabianski.
