Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger expects Bacary Sagna to leave this summer.
Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain are watching developments on Sagna while Koscielny's new deal will ward off interest from Bayern Munich.
It is a major blow for Arsenal to lose Sagna but Wenger sounds as if he has given up on keeping his full back who has been offered a new three year deal .
Wenger said: "It's (Koscielny) close to be closed. That (Sagna) is not close to be closed.
"I will have to accept it because only he can decide that now. If he goes we will accept it, we will accept it and respond."
