Arsenal attacker Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain was delighted to be on the mark in England's 8-0 win over San Marino.

Oxlade-Chamberlain was pleased with the manner of the triumph.

Oxlade-Chamberlain, who bagged No 2 with a cracker, said: "We knew it could be frustrating against any team that puts so many men behind the ball.

"Luckily we got the break with the own goal. The boys kept plugging away and it was a dream to get five before half-time.

"I was really happy to get on the scoresheet and it's something I want to do more and more."
