Arsenal Alexis bid has Juventus chiefs scrambling

Juventus are attempting to intercept Arsenal's bid to land Barcelona attacker Alexis Sanchez.

Tuttosport says Juve are reeling over Arsenal's sudden move for Chile international Alexis, with a bid of €25 million mooted.

Juve were convinced they had an agreement with Alexis, whose agent Fernando Felicevich also takes care of Arturo Vidal, and were confident of a deal worth €20 million with Barca.

Now Arsenal have elbowed their way into negotiations and are favourites for the player's signature.

Juve are now scrambling, with both GM Beppe Marotta and sports director Fabio Paratici scheduling talks with Felicevich to rescue the deal.
