Napoli's move for QPR goalkeeper Julio Cesar has broken down. The Brazilian has refused to drop his personal demands after earlier indicating he was willing to take a pay-cut to move to Napoli.
Napoli have now blocked Morgan de Sanctis' move to AS Roma in reaction and won't let the veteran leave until they find an adequate replacement.
Julio Cesar is also a target for Arsenal.
