Arsenal ahead of Spurs in battle for Cardiff keeper Marshall

Arsenal and Tottenham are battling for Cardiff City goalkeeper David Marshall.

The Daily Star says the Gunners are preparing a £15m bid to bring Cardiff goalkeeper Marshall to the Emirates.

Wenger is seeking a replacement for the long suffering Lukasz Fabianski, who has stated in no uncertain terms that he will leave Arsenal in the summer.

Arsenal's North London rivals Tottenham are also keen on the 29-year-old, who statistically made the most saves of any goalkeeper in the top flight.
