Marco Di Vaio's impending arrival as a Montreal Impact signing will complete a mini Italian community at the Canadian club.
Impact chairman Joey Saputo has already brought in Matteo Ferrari and Bernardo Corradi and will soon add Bologna striker Di Vaio to the books making it a trio of Italian players which has delighted MLS vice-president Lino Di Cuollo.
"They are happy and we are happy so they get players from us.""Matteo Ferrari and Bernardo Corradi are doing a great job. Saputo, the owner, has Italian roots and is doing much to grow the company," he told Tuttomercatoweb.com .
