Armenia have given themselves every chance of qualifying for their first major finals with a 4-1 win over FYR Macedonia in the Euro2012 group stage.
Vardan Minasyan's men went to the top of Group B with the home win and have now heaped pressure on Russia and Republic of Ireland who sit second and third respectively.
Armenia have just one game left, against Ireland in Dublin on Tuesday, whilst Russia and the Irish have two matches remaining - both of which take place tonight.
Giovani Trapattoni's Ireland take on bottom of the table Andorra, who are yet to take a point, whilst Dick Advocaat's Russia meet fourth-placed Slovakia who are also still in with a slight chance.
Russia are on the same amount of points as Armenia - 17 - whilst Ireland are on 15 and Slovakia 14 in what has become a very tight group in Euro qualifying.
