LA Galaxy boss Bruce Arena says his side were 'awful' in their heavy defeat at the hands of Orlando City on Sunday.
The reigning MLS champions were beaten 4-0 by the expansion side at the Citrus Bowl, which extended their winless run to five matches, and prompted ire from the head coach.
"We were awful on the day," said Arena.
"Out of 14 players that played, I thought about three of them played in an acceptable manner. We were outplayed all over the field, and, really, there's not much you can say.
"You go into a game and most players lose their battles on the field, you don't have a chance to win."
The loss saw the Galaxy drop to seventh place on the Western Conference having recorded just 14 points from their opening 12 matches.
