Rennes have have expressed interest in Arsenal defender David Luiz.

The Brazil defender is among a raft of senior players put up for sale by the Gunners as manager Mikel Arteta seeks to overhaul his squad this summer.

RMC says Rennes have expressed interest in taking Luiz off Arsenal's hands.

The Ligue 1 outfit are planning for next season's Champions League campaign and want former PSG defender Luiz to strengthen their back four.

For his part, Arteta has already given the green light for Luiz to be sold in the coming months.
