Amauri is happy he's penned new terms with Parma.

The striker signed terms to 2016.

"I'm happy to have signed and have silenced the voices who suggested that I would be leaving," the Brazilian-born Italian international told the club's website.

"As I said a year ago when I came back here, Amauri joined Parma to stay and that is the case."
