Allegri satisfied as Juventus see off Carpi

Juventus coach Max Allegri was satisfied with victory over Carpi.

Juve won 2-0 thanks to goals from Hernanes and Simone Zaza.

“This was a difficult game considering the celebrations we had earlier this week, as between parties and days of rest we could've lost focus," the Coach told Mediaset Premium and Sky Sport Italia.

“Let's not forget we have the Coppa Italia Final with Milan on May 21, so if we relax now, it'll be tricky to get back on point. We must do even better away to Verona next time.

“We want to enjoy our football, but also use these matches to improve technically, play as a team and not as individuals, whereas today I saw a few too many personal duels."

There was a banner in the stands from supporters thanking Allegri for being 'a true commander.'

“I was pleased, but I've already thanked them many times for their support. We need to keep the concentration levels up for the rest of the season. We're not done yet."
