Albertini hails Inter Milan coach Inzaghi: He always lived for football

Former Atletico Madrid midfielder Demetrio Albertini expects a classic against Inter Milan.

Inter go to Madrid for the Champions League round 16 second-leg defending a 1-0 lead.

Albertini said: "These round of 16 of the Champions League do not leave me indifferent. I will be in Madrid, at the stadium. I expect an intense match, like the teams that will compete.

"Inzaghi is a great coach. He is more than good. The ingredients were all there. On the pitch he was opportunistic, strikers must be selfish, but outside he was generous. He lived for football, he was prepared, he had enthusiasm."

Asked about the dangers for the Nerazzurri, Albertini also said: "The enthusiasm and dynamism of Atletico, and the warmth of the stadium. In La Liga they are struggling, this match is worth a lot to them, but having to recover from a 1-0 lead will force them to discover themselves."
