Alaves are signing Aleix Vidal on-loan from Sevilla for the season.

Julen Lopetegui had told him that he wasn't going to have many opportunities at Sevilla, leaving him free to look elsewhere.

After not enjoying minutes with Sevilla or Barcelona in recent seasons, the Catalan has opted to go elsewhere in search of more regular playing time.

The 29-year-old will undergo his medical examinations on Monday morning at Alaves.
