Al Sadd star Santi Cazorla is convinced coach Xavi will eventually take charge of Barcelona.

Cazorla admits there's constantly rumours about Xavi leaving Al Sadd for the Blaugrana.

He told RAC1: "Here there are a lot of rumours surrounding Xavi with the election, but he is very calm.

"It is clear that his dream is to be a Barça coach. I don't know if it's for now, tomorrow or in five years, but he doesn't hide it.

"He is ready to coach Barça. He knows the club perfectly. He knows how things can be for him and what he has to endure at a club like Barça. And in terms of technical capacities, he is perfectly prepared."
