Ajax are burning off competition from Chelsea and Borussia Dortmund to land AZ Alkmaar teen Rio Hillen.

The 16 year-old defender has trained with AZ's first team this season and is set to sign with Ajax, says Voetbalzone.

Hillen and his management team, Forza Sports Group, will meet with Ajax next week to finalise a three-year contract.

Chelsea, Borussia Dortmund and PSV have also expressed interest in the youngster.

However, all signs are that Hillen will move to Ajax at the end of this season.
