Ajax goalkeeper Jasper Cillessen insists he's in the dark over a summer move to Manchester United.

Cillessen is being linked with United as a replacement for the Real Madrid bound David de Gea.

"I have checked with my agents and clubs haven't called," he said in an interview with Voetbal International. "I really do not like being linked with other clubs.

"Look, if I had wanted to leave here, I would not have extended my contract until 2018.

"My previous contract ran until 2016 and so this summer it was time to leave. In addition, the coach was clear when others had questions about me. "
