Ajax coach Frank de Boer says Jan Vertonghen will eventually join Tottenham.

De Boer says the Belgium defender will leave for Spurs as soon as a fee is settled.

"We want clarification for him as quickly as possible," said the Ajax coach. "Vertonghen will eventually go to Tottenham Hotspur, although two clubs must first agree on his valuation."
