Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has been named the club's Player of the Year.

The award, in association with the MCFC Supporters Club, was presented to the Argentinean striker at end of season award ceremony held at the Etihad Stadium.

Aguero has proved to be a huge hit with the fans, who voted for him in their droves near the end of a campaign where he has scored 29 times so far in all competitions.
