Manchester City striker Sergio Aguero has remained defiant in his club's Premiership chances.

The reigning Premier League champions take on crosstown rivals Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday knowing that they are one point behind their neighbours and nine points in arrears of leaders Chelsea.

But Aguero was confident of pulling off a late-season miracle: "Of course we can still win it.

"In football, anything can happen - as soon as you think something is certain, then everything changes, we have seen it so many times before and we'll see it again.

"We only focus on ourselves, try to win every game we play and keep pressure on Chelsea."
