The agent of Kevin de Bruyne cannot rule out a shock move away from Wolfsburg.
The former Chelsea winger was sold to VfL just this summer, but is attracting interest from Manchester City and Bayern Munich.
Patrick de Koster told fussballtransfers.com: "Anything can happen in football. But I am skeptical that there is a chance of Paris St. Germain, Bayern Munich or Manchester City convincing Wolfsburg to let him go.
"Wolfsburg holds all the cards in their hand, Kevin has a contract until 2019."
De Koster added: "Let us be clear. Whether it is PSG, Bayern or Manchester City. These clubs are among the top 10 in the world. One must, therefore, be attentive to what develops. Today, there is nothing concrete, but in the world of football things change very quickly. We'll see what the future holds for us."
