The agent of Valencia goalkeeper Vincente Guaita has welcomed interest from Barcelona.

Guaita is under consideration at Barca as a replacement for Victor Valdes.

"I have not talked to Vincente about it, but it goes without saying that when an entity like Barcelona is interested in you it is a compliment to any professional. The situation in goal for Valencia is not ideal. Guaita wants minutes and after all, one of the two must leave," Vincente Fores told TMW.
