Agent urges Portsmouth to come in for Tottenham's Kaboul

The agent of Tottenham defender Younes Kaboul has opened the door to a summer move to Portsmouth.

Kaboul's agent, Rudy Raba has confirmed the player is weighing up his future as he is keen to be playing on a regular basis.

"Younes is happy at Tottenham, but the only problem at the minute is that he is not playing enough," Raba told Sky Sports. "His first priority is to stay and fight for his place unless Spurs decide to sell him.

"He was bought by Martin Jol and then Juande Ramos comes in and he has not played under him that much.

"It is his first season in England and he has made a few mistakes, but you do not become a bad player overnight."

Portsmouth have been linked with a possible move for Kaboul and Raba admits Fratton Park would be an attractive proposition for the 22-year-old if the situation if a move did come about.

"Portsmouth were interested in Younes before he signed for Tottenham and it would be an interesting destination for him as they have a lot of French players there," added Raba. "I know a lot of clubs would like to sign Younes if he became available with Lyon, Marseille, Bayern Munich, Juventus and Lazio all interested in him."
