Blackburn Rovers striker David Goodwillie is in a legal battle with his former agent.
The People says Goodwillie is being sued for £400,000 by his former agent.
Mark Donaghy says Goodwillie breached the terms of their contract when he used another agent to broker a move from Dundee United.
But Goodwillie's lawyers say Donaghy's contract with the player was not valid because it had not been registered with the Scottish FA.
