The agent of Benfica striker Oscar Cardozo has put Premier League clubs on alert.

Pedro Aldave feels this summer will be the right time for the Paraguay international to move on.

Cardozo was linked with Southampton last week and has been a long-term target for Newcastle United.

"Over the upcoming summer, it might be a good time to make a transfer," said Aldave to local Paraguayan radio.
