Heerenveen striker Bas Dost wants to play in Italy or England next season.

Dost has been linked with Aston Villa and West Ham United, while Genoa, Fiorentina and Bologna are also keen.

Agent Carmine Coviello told tuttomercatoweb.com: "Many clubs like Dost. There is a lot of appreciation for the boy but it is too early to mention names.

"Heerenveen are asking for €10-12million for him. His price has increased after a sensation season in the Eredivisie.

"He is wanted in the English market, having recently said no to Aston Villa.

"There are also requests in Germany, but Dost is waiting for an important offer from Italy or England."
