Chelsea defender Alex could be on the way back to Gremio.
Alex has had a transfer request accepted by Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas.
Agent Giuliano Bertolucci has been told by Alex to sound out Brazilian clubs, including Gremio: "There is a possibility of negotiations."
