Arsenal striker Joel Campbell hopes to stay on-loan with Real Betis next season.
His agent, Joaquim Batica, has confirmed the Costa Rican wants to extend his loan.
"It's true that Betis want to extend his loan deal", Batica told Marca. "As it stands however, nothing has been decided nor signed. The club have informed Arsenal and informed me too, but as of today there is nothing concrete."
Batica elaborated that Campbell is "happy in Betis", and revealed that he would approve of an extension to his loan deal beyond this summer.
"What he wants is to play and grow, and at Betis that's what he's doing. It wouldn't be bad for him to stay at Betis for longer, but sooner or later he will play in London, because he's an Arsenal player."
