Atletico Mineiro midfielder Bernard's agent Hissa Moyses has revealed the interest of Tottenham.
Moyses says Spurs are the only club to make an offer for the Brazil international.
"Dortmund have not submitted a proposal and Tottenham are the only contenders," agent Moyses told O Jogo.
