The agent of Stuttgart defender Serdar Tasci has revealed the interest of Tottenham and Manchester City.
The Germany international is considering his future at Stuttgart this summer and been linked wit Barcelona.
"There is interest from England, with Tottenham, but the numbers do not match between demand and supply. There is also Manchester City, but they must first sell," Francesco Di Frisco told TMW.
