The agent of Keita Balde Diao has revealed that his client was the subject of bids from Liverpool and Juventus in the summer.
The 19-year old Spanish forward emerged on the radar of both the Reds and the Bianconeri during the recent transfer window but his representative Anglo Cascella said that Lazio had no plan of selling.
"Liverpool and Juventus offered a sum of 20 million euros for Keita last summer, but Lazio always rejected their offers," Cascello told Efe.
Diao was born in Senegal but is determined to represent Spain at international level once he obtains the clearance to do so according to Cascella.
"Keita is really disappointed because he sees himself as Spanish and he doesn't understand these delay," he added.
"He's frustrated not to be able to defend the colours of his country."
