The agent of Real Madrid midfielder Lassana Diarra has revealed a bumper Russian offer has arrived for the Frenchman.

Marco Kirdemir has confirmed to TMW that transfer interest in Diarra is intensifying with the January market now looming.

"I am not aware, but I can say that Lassana has received interest from a Russian team that has a large amount of money available," he said.

"However, I cannot reveal the team at this time. We are at an important stage."
