The agent of Werder Bremen striker Franco di Santo expects him to be on the move this summer.

The former Chelsea and Wigan Athletic striker has been linked with a return to the Premier League, where Everton, Sunderland and West Ham United are keen.

"Yes, clubs from the Bundesliga, from Spain, Italy, England and the Netherlands want Franco," Gustavo Goni told BILD.

"And there are at top clubs.

"It's no secret that Franco's been very good for Bremen. So let's talk quickly about it and make a decision."
