The agent of Udinese midfielder Kojo Kwadwo Asamoah has revealed the interest of Arsenal and Manchester City.

Claudio Vagheggi expects the young midfielder to move to England, as the Premiership duo have greater spending power than their Serie A rivals.

He told TMW: "There are several major teams who want him, especially the English. In recent days things have picked up because of interest from Arsenal and Manchester City.

"For now I doubt that the Italian teams can compete with the offers of English teams, so his future is in England, but the transfer market has only just begun."
