The agent of Cagliari goalkeeper Federico Marchetti has revealed he will hold talks with AC Milan today.

"Tomorrow we will be in Milan to talk to the Rossoneri," Marchetti's representative Guglielmo Gabetto told Calciomercato.com last night.

"We want to find out whether their interest is just unsubstantiated newspaper talk or something real.

"It's so satisfying that Marchetti is finally showing his talent at the highest level and now he just wants to grow on the biggest stage.

"At the moment the player has another three years on his contract with Cagliari and it will be up to his club to decide his future."
