The agent of Ajax midfielder Lasse Schone is coy over rumours of interest from AC Milan.

Schone comes off contract at the end of the season.

"Better to ask at Milan. I have had contact with the Rossoneri and he is ready for a big leap to the biggest Italian clubs," Rob Groener told MilanNews.it.

"If Milan can take him in the winter market? Ajax would not want to sell him in January, but you never know.

"Certainly a transfer in the summer would be the right time."
