The agent of Udinese defender Cristian Zapata has played down the interest of AC Milan.

There's been talk of a swap deal involving Milan striker Alberto Paloschi, but Zapata's agent, Massimo Italiani, said: "I repeat that there is no negotiation and there is no contact. But I am not surprised the name of Zapata is being linked with a great team.

"We'll wait. When there are no negotiations, how can you talk about quid pro quo?"
